How can I buy the Alert Traveler® Passport?
Click on the "BUY" button on the Alert Traveler Passport page to be connected with Alertness Solutions' secure PayPal page. In 3 easy steps, you will have purchased the Passport:

1. Fill in the quantity you want.
2. If you are a PayPal member, log in.
    If not, select the "Click Here" button; fill in your credit card & shipping information.
3. Review your Payment Details and click the "Pay" button.

You will then see a page verifying that you have made a payment. (Please note that if you have purchased more than one Alert Traveler Passport, your total cost will appear only on this last page.)

What is your return policy?
If you receive a defective product, please mail it along with your receipt to the address below, and we will replace it. Otherwise, you may return an undamaged product to the address below within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with the US Postal Service using First Class or Priority Mail. You can expect your purchase to arrive 5-7 days from when you place your order. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
